Designed for more players

Play comfortably. Solve confidently.

StarDoku is built to challenge deduction—not vision, dexterity, or reaction speed. Its accessibility settings let you tune the board and controls while keeping every puzzle logically identical.

Color-vision choices

Choose the palette that makes regions easiest for you to distinguish without changing your selected critter.

  • Palettes for protanopia, deuteranopia, and tritanopia
  • A monochrome, high-contrast option
  • Strong region outlines and X marks that reinforce color cues

Interaction timing

Change how quickly two taps must occur before StarDoku treats them as a double tap.

  • Shorter or longer double-tap timing
  • Tap or drag to place and clear X marks
  • A Skip Tutorial option if you prefer to explore independently

Oops/Undo recovery

Reverse the single most recent move, including one drag that changed several cells, without rewinding the entire puzzle.

  • One move deep—never an unpredictable history stack
  • Available again after each new ordinary move
  • One mistaken red-X recovery per level; ordinary Undo remains available afterward

Feedback your way

Use the combination of sound, music, vibration, and visual feedback that feels comfortable to you.

  • Independent music, sound-effect, and haptic controls
  • Visual state changes do not depend on sound alone
  • Reduced-motion preferences are respected on this website

An ongoing commitment

Tell us what gets in your way.

Accessibility is never finished. We are continuing to improve non-color cues, screen-reader support, scalable text, and input comfort. If StarDoku creates a barrier for you, please tell us what happened, which device you use, and what would make the experience better.
